« Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. « Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia »

« We only stayed one night but our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is clean & has good amenities. Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino »

« At some hotels, you have to deal with fluctuating shower temperatures and low pressure, but the shower at this hotel was excellent—consistent temperature and perfect pressure. »

« Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again. »
